Vintage Meets Farmhouse Bathroom Remodel
This small bathroom needed some major updating! We worked in this small yet long space and constructed a small bathroom with a very large amount of charm! The vintage tile floor is accented so well by the wood barn door. With these two points of interest everything else could be a clean white color that makes the whole room feel bigger. Look at these different angles to see the finished look!
Victorian Inspired Bathroom Remodel:
Having a clean and open space to clean up in is very important. We took this bathroom from a closed in, dated space to a welcoming and refreshing room. The tile background with the claw foot tub is beautifully vintage but also provided the low ceiling to not feel so invasive. Here are a few more shots of this bathroom:

Addition and screened in Porch:
A double screened in porch overlooking the lake? Yes please! This addition and screened in porch project brought some challenges our way, but we were able to grow our knowledge, overcome the obstacles and the finished product looks amazing!
Here you can see the flooring going in for the downstairs porch:

Penn Yan Kitchen Remodel:
In this remodel we painted and installed all new cabinets, counter tops, flooring, backslash, plumbing and fixtures.
Below is a picture halfway through the remodeling process, you can see the old flooring here.
